Pope Benedict XVI once said that in our secularized world the Catholic parish ought to be "a beacon that radiates the light of the faith and thus responds to the deepest and truest desires of the human heart, giving meaning and hope to the lives of individuals and families." We hope and pray that Mater Dei Catholic parish becomes the beacon of light for our families.
