Custom blocks can begin between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additional hours may be added at a rate of $50/hr., but all meetings or events must end by 9:00 p.m.

Full day access from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Security - $500*
All receptions at Mater Dei must include event security, with a standard fee covering six hours of service for two officers. 

Mater Dei Bartending - $150*
All receptions at Mater Dei must be accompanied by a licensed bartender when alcohol is being served. Our team is ready to offer up to six hours of exceptional service.

Our maximum seated capacity is 300, including you, your family, friends, and vendors. 

We have 41 – 96″ x 30″ white, rectangular Lifetime tables, 24 - 60" white, round Lifetime tables, and 300 white, foldable Lifetime chairs. You are welcome to bring in your own tables and chairs, but please note that our tables and chairs must remain in the facility at all times.

We do not provide linens, chair covers, or dinnerware for events held in the Event Center.

We have a limited inventory of vases, bowls, and backdrops, but you are welcome to be creative with the decorations you bring in. All candles must be contained or enclosed in glass. The flame must not reach higher than two inches below the height (rim) of the glass. Please note that all decorations must be free-standing and not suspended from the ceiling or attached to the walls. This includes using materials that could cause damage to the tables, chairs, and floors, such as tape (masking, duct, Scotch, double-sided, etc.), adhesives (glue, sticky-tack, command strips, etc.), and nails or staples.

While we do not require specific vendors, we have our preferred partners! Our stunning commercial kitchen provides an ideal space for caterers or family and friends to prepare food on-site. We encourage venue walkthroughs with your vendors before your event, so feel free to get in touch during the planning process. We're here to help ensure everything goes smoothly!

Here is our standard event payment structure:

• Rental Fee
  • The non-refundable Date Deposit (40% of the rental rate) is due at the time of the contract signing.
  • The remaining Final Payment is due 7 days before the event.
• Insurance Fee
  • All events hosted at the Event Center require event insurance. The fee is $95 and is due 30 days before the event.
• Refundable Deposits
  • Damage Deposit: There is a Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 due 30 days before to cover any potential damage to the facility and equipment or extraordinary cleanup following your event. 
  • Alcohol Deposit: If you choose to have alcohol at your event, we require an Alcohol Deposit of $250.00, due 30 days before.

Wedding Reception payment structure:

• Rental Fee
  • The non-refundable Date Deposit (40% of the rental rate) is due at the time of the contract signing.

  • The Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,000 is due 30 days before to cover any potential damage to the facility and equipment or extraordinary cleanup following your event. 
• Additional Services
  • Mater Dei Bartending: The Bartending Fee is $150 and is due 30 days before. 
  • Event Design & Coordinating Services: Any additional coordinating services requested will be discussed with the coordinators, and the payment dates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
